Hwang Min Hyun will be joining 'Boys Planet'!
On January 16 KST, Mnet announced that the idol, previously of NU'EST and 'Produce 101 Season 2' project group Wanna One, will be the first 'Star Master,' calling him "the all-rounder the contestant trainees want to be like the most."
The network expects the idol will give the trainees sincere advice on the show, especially based on his experience on 'Produce 101 Season 2' and with Wanna One.
In a press statement about the program, Hwang Min Hyun said, "I hope that my experience will be of some help to them because I know the earnest feelings of trainees. [These contestants are] all the future of K-pop and deserve to shine. I hope the viewers send them a lot of encouragement and support. I hope that the trainees will not forget their earnest hearts until the end and do their best."
Meanwhile, the first episode of 'Boys Planet' airs on February 2 at 8 PM KST.
