MBC's sports competition variety show "Idol Star Athletics Championships" will be making its return!
According to an official from MBC, the Chuseok special "Idol Star Athletics Championships" will be filmed for two days over July 30 and August 1. The recording will take place at the Sangam MBC Hall in Seoul Mapo-gu on July 30, and at Goyang Gymnasium on August 1.
"Idol Star Athletics Championships" is a Chuseok special program where idols and singers come together to compete in various sports. Having aired for the first time on the Chuseok of 2010, this has been one of the most looked forward to variety show each year. Following its hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the variety show is ready to be back in 2022.
