The SBS drama next Friday "The King: Eternal Mo

narch" has shared new images of Lee Min Ho and Woo Do Hwan as they live as emperors and bodyguards in parallel universes.

"The King: Eternal Monarch" is the latest work by screenwriter Kim Eun Sook and tells the story of two parallel universes, one in which Korea is a constitutional monarchy and one similar to the current republic. After Lee Gon paid his respects, he was quickly escorted out by Jo Young when reporters crowded around them, and the security team did their best to protect Lee Gon when he returned to his car.

"The King: Eternal Monarch" premiered at 10 pm. KST on April 17.
