J.Y. Park reveals his hiring criteria for JYP Entertainment on 'Super Intern'

J.Y. Park revealed his hiring criteria for JYP Entertainment on Mnet's 'Super Intern'.

On the March 14th episode, J.Y. Park selected the final competitors who'll be working as employees at JYP Entertainment. 'Super Intern' hopeful Lim Ah Hyun asked the label head, "I was always on the losing team. I'm curious why you continued to pick me."

J.Y. Park stated, "I look at the positives and negatives when I pick employees. Everyone has their good qualities and flaws, but Ah Hyun, you made up for your flaws when you completed the missions. I think it's the best to make up for your flaws and mature like this. When I pick a celebrity, it's important to consider their singing and dance skills, but it's also important to see them cover up their flaws as they mature. That's why I think personality and attitude are important too."
