Seventeen's Seungkwan reveals fans' reaction to his 15 pound weight loss

For Seventeen's 3rd mini album 'Going Seventeen', Seungkwan returned with a sharper look after losing 15 lbs. However, during 'Cultwo Show' on December 8, the MCs commented, "Fans told us to let Seungkwan know that he doesn't look cool at all after losing 15 lbs."

Seungkwan responded, "A lot of people have told me that. It's kind of hard to say this myself, but there were some who said losing even 1 lb of me upsets them. But they did say I look prettier after losing some weight."

He is more of a visual now, and visuals in groups get more MC jobs. We know that he would like more of those jobs; I hope that his work to lose weight will pay off for him.

like honestly to me he looks like twice's jihyo.......................u know what i mean their face shape and cheeks. it's just not the face type to look thin and attractive when they lose weight. i think i have that face shape too O_O

I know fans got upset about their idol loosing weight and might not be healthy for them, i'm like that as well but since he did it we should just support him :)... He did it because he was conscious at those freakin people calling him fat and all -_- uugghh!! and if the fans also complains about him loosing weight then it might confuse him more of what he should do.. Seventeen fighting!!!

I was not extremely happy that he lost weight... but saying something like that... that is too harsh... he put a lot of effort there and worked hard to show fans a "better" image of himself to make them happy. How can they say something like that when he worked so hard for them?

im sad at the fact that they lost weight and all that but i dont think we should tell them we dont like it we should support them and say they are goodlooking whatever they do cuz i feel like they would feel like it's a waste of all that hard work of loosing weight when no one likes it and is against it and goes chubby cuz they dont wanna get hate from loosing or gaining cuz wither way.....haters are everywhere....
