Kim Ji Suk and Honey Lee have been confirmed to be starring in MBC's upcoming historical drama, 'Rebel: The Thief Who Stole People'!
The two will be joining the cast alongside Yoon Kyun Sang and Chae Soo Bin as well as veteran actor Kim Sang Joong. Kim Ji Suk will be playing the antagonistic, tyrant king Yeon San, who buts heads with Hong Gil Dong (Yoon Kyun Sang). Honey Lee will be playing a gisaeng (highly-trained artist women in ancient Korea) named Jang Nok Soo, a woman aspiring to gain royal power.
'Rebel: The Thief Who Stole People' recounts the tale of the historical figure Hong Gil Dong, who was a real-life hero to the common people of Joseon during King Yeon San's reign. It'll air after the end of 'Illumination'.
