Police reveal Uhm Tae Woong's statement is completely different from his accuser's

Police will be resummoning both Uhm Tae Woong and his accuser.

KBS 2TV's 'Entertainment Relay' aired Uhm Tae Woong coming to the police department for his statement. For all the questions the press had, the actor only replied, "I will reply through investigations."

The police revealed that Uhm Tae Woong's and the accuser 'A's testimonies were so different that they would have to be summoned again for further investigations.

I do *not* see that the POLICE have done anything especially 'wrong' to say that the 'stories' are 'very different' in content as to what happened. But, I'll agree that I am *not* sure why that POLICE should even be saying that either. POLICE should just investigate, and then make their final report public. Still, I do *not* see that POLICE did anything 'bad' especially here to say what they did. I supposed that it might serve as a 'heads up' to everyone that SOMEONE is openly LYING about what happened in this incident. Thus, it is *not* some sort of 'misunderstanding of communication intent,' is what I mean to say it.

At this point, i really think the police shouldn't share every steps of the procedures with the public.. They should just finish their investigations and then tell the public what's going on. I really think that because the guy is a public figure then they make the investigation sort of sensational and that's the case for every celebrities now... Speculations and doubts don't make the case any better and at the end, only the family of the guy is really suffering.

I would observe that YOOCHUN (JYJ Group) had *much* more evidence around to support *allegations* of RAPE. Like that YOOCHUN's DNA was verified by investigation to be residing in the underwear of his accuser. And yet, this was NOT enough 'proof' of a crime to even bring a TRIAL to take place against YOOCHUN. So, THAT should give you an idea of what is likely to happen here with UHM TAE WOONG too. As in, NO criminal charge or PROSECUTION of him.

Anyway, there seems actually NO evidence (DNA, etc) that UHM TAE WOONG did rape his accuser. As far as YOOCHUN (JYJ Group), the last I knew it, the PROSECUTOR has YET to decide on a *possible* CRIMINAL Charge of SOLICITING PROSTITUTION. My *guess* is that there will NOT be any charge against YOOCHUN on that either.

Korean police is becoming like korean tabloid medias. Full of sensation. How is the real victim weather she is A or Mr Uhm can get fair justice when the police and medias are opening the case for public to judge? A korean told me the medias paid the police to get story and those you went to the media first before the police was paid too. All is about money and little about humanity and integrity.
