A video clip of a mailman who tortured a helpless jindo dog for nearly 30 minutes straight was shared by YTN on its official Facebook page.

Caught on CCTV, the man who tortured the poor animal turned out to be 35-year-old mailman identified as Kim. Kim justified, "In the middle of my delivery, the dog barked viciously and bit my foot so I got angry and bothered it."
The dog's owner, who thought it was ridiculous that Kim tortured the dog for a total of 30 minutes, filed a claim against him. She said, "It's outrageous that he abused the dog for nearly 30 minutes during his work hours."
The police revealed, "Using the claim that the dog owner submitted as reference, we plan to investigate Kim for animal cruelty."
