Caught on CCTV, the man who tortured the poor animal turned out to be 35-year-old mailman identified as Kim. Kim justified, "In the middle of my delivery, the dog barked viciously and bit my foot so I got angry and bothered it."�
The dog's owner, who thought it was ridiculous that Kim tortured the dog for a total of 30 minutes, filed a claim against him. She said, "It's outrageous that he abused the dog for nearly 30 minutes during his work hours."�
The police revealed, "Using the claim that the dog owner submitted as reference, we plan to investigate Kim for animal cruelty."�
