As an actress nearing her mid-thirties, Son Ye Jin is often asked why she's not yet married. She recently opened up about the matter of why she thinks many actresses don't marry early in an interview with Chinese media outlet Sina on December 2.
Son Ye Jin said, "I'm 34 right now. I didn't understand it before, but the more time passes, the more I understand why actresses marry later. There are a lot of things I want to do, and the happiness that I get from work is a big deal." She continued, "I think I'll mature more as an actress when I have my own family and children. I hope that my own marriage doesn't come too late."
She also commented on her ideal type, revealing, "As an actress, I can't live as other normal housewives do. I hope that it's someone who's very understanding. I want someone warm who I can communicate with."
In other news, the Chinese film 'Bad Guys Always Die' starring Son Ye Jin hit theaters late November.
