Her agency announced on July 23 that the actress is tying the knot with her boyfriend, who's 4 years her junior, at the end of August in a private ceremony. The label stated, "Han Go Eun will be marrying the person she loves on August 30. Han Go Eun's husband-to-be is an office worker 4 years her junior who's caring and strong."
It was also revealed that Han Go Eun and her future husband met through an acquaintance. Her label added, "Though the two haven't been dating for long, they decided to marry because of his warm and constant nature as well as the fact that they learn from each other's positive points."
