Psy wins #1 + performances from August 23rd's episode of 'M! Countdown'!

Mnet's "M! Countdown" is back with another spectacular episode chock-full of exciting performances!

Aside from the usual stages on tonight's episode, Skarf, and Tiny - G made their debuts while Solbi and�EXID held their respective comeback stages.

Competing for the #1 spot, it was a hot battle between�BoA,�Super Junior, and�Psy, but in the end, it was�Psy who clinched the win tonight with "Gangnam Style"!
