IU's new Kakao Talk photo is becoming a hot topic. For those of you who aren't familiar with the program, Kakao Talk is a Korean instant messaging app.
Recently, a fan had left a screencap of a surprised IU on her official fanclub, drawing immediate attention from fans and netizens alike.
That fan had written, "I took this picture myself, is it correct that this is Ms. Ji Eun?" IU playfully replied back, "My [new] Kakao photo."
Netizens commented, "Daebak profile pic. Switch out, switch out!" and "IU's humor... it's why I love her."
