Despite being widely known for her hit songs like Cry Eye, Bad Boy and especially Crazy, Son Dambi has never won the K-Chart on KBS2TV Music Bank. On the 10th April episode of Music Bank this evening, Son Dambi was up against Super Junior's Sorry Sorry and Big Bang & 2NE1's Lollipop with Saturday Night as they made up the top 3 for this week. Son Dambi eventually prevailed to win her first-ever K-Chart and could not contain her joy as she teared heavily after knowing the result.
This was Son Dambi's first award for her title track Saturday Night from her first studio album Type B which was released 2 weeks ago on 25th March.
