DEAR GOD, Why is there so much negativity & hate in people's mind & heart?? What goes around, comes around. The negativity/hate you sent out into this universe will engulf your life. You have to pay for your negativity. The moment you send hate, you are bringing your soul energy level down down down. Next time if something bad happens to you, just remember it's because of your negativity. It's good to follow news but DON'T INDULGE in gossip, slander, judging & hate. If you support him, comment "I support him". If you don't support him, comment "I wish the truth will surface soon". Don't prolong the discussion unnecessarily and waste yours & others time. Life is simple, don't complicate it unnecessarily. Live & let live, don't rub your opinions on others & don't think you're right either. I suggest you all start reading philosophy & expand your mind towards love & positivity rather than wasting your time in dissing people/celebrities.

I would like to find out who's plot it is. Because all this situation has all the ingredients of a plot. I want them to pay for it.

Not going trough comment section because I know some ignorant, trolls and haters are down there trying to destroy this guy reputation without a damn one single valid proof he did assault this one or the other one who come out claiming the same thing, but as a kpop fan and a hardcore one too I can say I do understand his fans feelings, I'm one of Kim Hyun Joong's case supporter, even thought I get a lot of hate for believing him and not the girl but still I will never give up till the whole world know the truth, back to YooChun case, first they say INNOCENT TILL PROVEN GUILTY and as we see the investigation still out going, the guy was accused with SEXUALITY ASSAULT not RAPE so please learn the difference between those 2 words, second his fans has alright to support him and be in his side, this is fans job, to be a fans doesn't mean buy his albums or goods, to be a fans mean support him/her when they really need your support.. this is the real meaning of been a fans. last not the last haters, trolls and ignorant back off , attacking the guy only show how desperate you are and how useless your life is to come here around internet and start picking fights with people.. if your life is that useless then change it and stop been losers..

Hi! I'm also a fan of Hyun Joong and still believing that he is innocent until proven guilty and that the only thing they have proven up to now is that the baby is his but not the allegation of the girl. If I'm not mistaken. back to yoochun's case thanks for understanding. and hopefully the truth will be out soon.

I'm not a kpop fan or hater and idk anything abt yoochun, but I really feel the need to respond to this article because the comment section srsly scares me. I'm not saying yoochun is a rapist (i  personally believe he is innocent), but I feel like we shouldnt be hating on either the victim or yoochun before knowing all the details. I see so many comments bashing Ms Lee (such as comments saying she is doing this for attention) and I believe this mentality really discourages actual victims of sexual assault from coming forward. Rape victims already face a lot of trauma and pain from the actual rape, and I just think its really mean to add to that pain by shaming and hating on them. idk if Ms Lee is an actual victim but i dont think we should treat her any differently just because the accused is a celebrity. Let's stop with the vigilante justice and allow the justice system to do its job.

but according to the police, ms. lee have already withdrawn her case stating that the assault never took place if not for wanting attention or anything of such why bother accusing or filing for a case in the first place. maybe I'm being bias or over analyzing things as of the moment but still my statement is still basedor somehow based on facts. Just saying and peace. :)

The fact that ms lee withdrew her statement may not necessarily mean the rape didnt take place. There are many reasons why a victim may recant their statement. Of course it could be because she was lying, but it could also be due to other reasons such as the amount of hate she is receiving, the pressure she may be experiencing from the public and Yoochun's company or the fact that she may not have the emotional capacity to re live such a traumatic event just to name a few. Besides, false rape allegations are not common - figures range from 2% (according to feminists) to 41% (Men's rights activists) in the US, and I believe it would probably be lower in more conservative countries such as Korea, due to the amount of shame the victim would face from the public. You can check out the Bureau of Justice Statistics for more information. Overall my point is it is not as likely that Ms Lee is lying as people make it out to be.

Miss Lee didnt submit the lawsuit in the first place. It was her boyfriend. Anyway they shattered the image of Yu Chun. I dont think a conservative lady who will be trumatized by such kind of events would work in adult entertainment industry. She must be a tough one. If she withdrew the charges that's mean no rape involved. The rest is not sure. But I believe in Yu Chun. He is not a rapist.

They better end up reporting the truth rather than fabricating the truth and ruining ones career .. (I've watched too many dramas AHAHAH) The deed has been done but please don't let a drama plot come true I hope the police really does investigate this thoroughly and prove his innocence because I certainly believe he's innocent :)

I want to express my best objective perspective as a track incident at the beginning and read the official news, but not a blind fan idol protection.1. The first thing on which all concerned that Yoochun has not done anything wrong? If accused of rape or sexual violence, I am sure this is not accurate. As everyone already knows is that when rumors happen, CJES was immediately given official notice saying this is false allegations, one-way and intend to blackmail. Yoochun will cooperate with the investigation if requested from the police. Moreover, on 15/6, Ms. Lee has himself withdrawn their claims and said that no force as press relations posting. In addition, the police did not find what CCTV or specific evidence. Police also never called Yoochun up to investigate and CJES side has not received any news from the police. So we can at least make sure that Yoochun no sexual violence as newspapers posted.
