Rapper Lee Young Ji has candidly admitted that she has recently regained weight, even as she unveiled new profile photos.
On January 19, Lee Young Ji’s agency Mainstream Winter shared her latest profile images through official social media channels. In the photos, Lee Young Ji wears an off-shoulder outfit, drawing attention with a fit and healthy physique.
Following the release, numerous articles surfaced highlighting her previous 13 kg weight loss. Lee Young Ji had earlier shared details of her weight loss journey through Vogue Korea’s YouTube channel, which sparked widespread interest.
However, Lee Young Ji later took to X, formerly Twitter, to clarify the situation with humor. She wrote, “Every time my profile gets updated, articles say I lost 13 kg. I thought about letting it slide, but I felt a bit bad, so I wanted to say something.” She added, “After losing 13 kg, I’ve gained back about 11 kg.”
Fans responded with supportive and lighthearted comments such as, “That still means you lost 2 kg,” and “Losing weight is still losing weight,” cheering her honesty.
Meanwhile, Lee Young Ji rose to fame in 2019 through 'School Rapper 3' and went on to win 'Show Me the Money 11', earning recognition for her skills. Known for her quick wit and strong variety sense, she continues to appear on multiple entertainment programs, including the ‘Earth Arcade’ series.
