Despite Ms. Lee officially withdrawing her case, the Seoul Gangnam Police Station has stated it will continue to investigate Yoochun for sexual assault.

On June 15, a rep from the police station stated, "The suit has been withdrawn, but the investigation into the incident will continue. It's so we can come to a clear conclusion about the suspicions against Yoochun. It's likely that Yoochun and the accuser will be summoned if necessary."

As previously reported, adult entertainment bar employee Ms. Lee accused Yoochun of committing sexual assault on June 4. A week later, on June 10, she reported this to the police. Ms. Lee and her boyfriend then went on to withdraw their claims on the 15th.

What are your thoughts on the continued investigation?

DEAR GOD, Why is there so much negativity & hate in people's mind & heart?? What goes around, comes around. The negativity/hate you sent out into this universe will engulf your life. You have to pay for your negativity. The moment you send hate, you are bringing your soul energy level down down down. Next time if something bad happens to you, just remember it's because of your negativity. It's good to follow news but DON'T INDULGE in gossip, slander, judging & hate. If you support him, comment "I support him". If you don't support him, comment "I wish the truth will surface soon". Don't prolong the discussion unnecessarily and waste yours & others time. Life is simple, don't complicate it unnecessarily. Live & let live, don't rub your opinions on others & don't think you're right either. I suggest you all start reading philosophy & expand your mind towards love & positivity rather than wasting your time in dissing people/celebrities.

I'm not a kpop fan or hater and idk anything abt yoochun, but I really feel the need to respond to this article because the comment section srsly scares me. I'm not saying yoochun is a rapist (i  personally believe he is innocent), but I feel like we shouldnt be hating on either the victim or yoochun before knowing all the details. I see so many comments bashing Ms Lee (such as comments saying she is doing this for attention) and I believe this mentality really discourages actual victims of sexual assault from coming forward. Rape victims already face a lot of trauma and pain from the actual rape, and I just think its really mean to add to that pain by shaming and hating on them. idk if Ms Lee is an actual victim but i dont think we should treat her any differently just because the accused is a celebrity. Let's stop with the vigilante justice and allow the justice system to do its job.

true, his pure image as portrayed in drama is lost totally……

"What are your thoughts on the continued investigation?"  Well, if he's innocent for sure, then legally, he has nothing to worry about.   However, even if he is proven innocent, his image is pretty much sh*t right now; especially when new alleged reports about his past keeps popping up every few hours....

is there proof to show us ..

Yes look into it and then punish the correct person she already withdraw the case giving an unacceptable excuse saying she was not rape and she reported cos she think him and his friend think she's easy . And this person has a bf that's happy for her to sleep around? Unbelievable. Something suspicious about her and that bf. They sound like they're up to something seriously. The police easily accept that excuse as a good reason to false accusation of a big crime.

If he's innocent, he has nothing to fear. So being a fan of JYJ's songs, i'm fine with how things are progressing.

Except that his reputation have been tainted and he may not recover his career

qo21 Gr5y Friday, June 24, 2016

If he feared for his reputation, he wouldn't have gone to a place like that in the first place. If he's found innocent of all charges, he has enough fans that losing 10% won't change a thing. He can easily promote in Japan for a while before returning.

Still it was not the same. Once tainted, you were tainted forever.

Relative and subjective i suppose.

MeniNova Wednesday, June 15, 2016

The investigation is dumb as she said that it was not rape but consensual sex.

ilutgg Wednesday, June 15, 2016

I think they are going through with it so they be thorough and say 'yes, she dropped it but we investigated and hes absolutely innocent/guilty' whatever the conclusion may be. I personally think hes innocent, but I guess we will find out eventually.

i hope so.
