Girls' Generation member Jessica has been under heavy scrutiny for being suspected of having undergone plastic surgery on her jawline.
On January 27th, a post titled, 'SNSD Jessica's jawline under suspicion of plastic surgery' has surfaced with a collection of photos.
The post features a compilation of photos featuring Jessica's face from her debut days until now. In these, her jawline is highlighted for comparison as the writer attempts to point out the changes.
The writer went on to say, "At the time of her debut, her jawline had a small protrusion to form an angle, but recently it seems to have become smooth. Her face line has changed."
While accusations of plastic surgery are often defended by the possibility of naturally growing through puberty or varying camera angles, it's been pointed out that all of these photos were taken after Jessica's debut and showcase her face from similar perspectives.
Netizens have responded by saying, "Did she really get jawline plastic surgery?", "I wonder if the change is from dental correction," "It does seem her jawline has changed since her debut days," and,"Maybe the photos are to blame for the difference."
