Before Hyungwon became known for his various roles in MONSTA X, including underneath the name 'DJ H.ONE,' he was actually a popular model and participated in multiple fashion shows making this announcement and achievement even more meaningful to many fans. 

Hyungwon would showcase his aura and charms through the NAVER article announcing him as a new model for French Luxury Brand Givenchy Beauty. 

Hyungwon also expressed his special affection for his fans, saying, "I am willing to appear as Monbebe for Monbebe who love me even in my sick moments."

A brand official said, "Hyungwon, who is showing a strong influence as a global K-pop artist beyond Korea through his various charms, was in line with the direction that’s the brand was heading and selected him as a new model."

"As the male beauty market expands, genderless has emerged as a beauty keyword that does not specify gender, so we look forward to the chemistry between Hyungwon and the brand," he remarked.

Previously Hyungwon would take part in the first ever sub-unit in MONSTA X alongside Shownu, where the duo would release the EP, [THE UNSEEN], which featured the five tracks: Love Me A Little, Love Therapy, Roll With Me, Play Me and Slow Dance on June 25, 2023.
