Taeyong has revealed a deeper, more intense gaze in a new fashion spread.
Taeyong was selected as the special cover model for the March issue of Marie Claire Korea, commemorating the magazine’s 33rd anniversary. In the pictorial, he showcased a series of editorial cuts filled with his signature, one-of-a-kind aura.
In particular, Taeyong effortlessly pulled off a variety of suit looks in his own distinctive style, presenting a charm different from his powerful on-stage image. With relaxed naturalness and his trademark charisma, he moved freely between softness and intensity, making the shoot all the more compelling.
In the accompanying interview, Taeyong spoke candidly about everything from behind-the-scenes stories of his solo concert held just over a month after his military discharge to his future goals. Most notably, he shared his aspirations for 2026, saying, “Beyond those who have already listened to my music, I want to show more people what kind of music Taeyong makes. I hope this will be a year where people say, ‘So this is Taeyong’s music,’ ‘He’s serious about music,’ and ‘He’s really good.’”
He continued, “Of course, I will keep working hard as a performer, but I also want to build my career as a composer steadily. I’d like to expand my scope by participating in other musicians’ albums as well. Ultimately, my biggest wish is to create good music.”
Meanwhile, after successfully wrapping up the Seoul stop of his solo concert ‘TY TRACK – REMASTERED’ last month, Taeyong has been meeting fans across six regions, including Jakarta, Yokohama, Macau, Bangkok, and Kuala Lumpur.
