BTS teamed up with American DJ and producer Diplo for their upcoming full-length album 'ARIRANG.' Diplo personally revealed that he participated in the production of tracks on BTS’s 5th studio album.
U.S. outlet TMZ recently released an exclusive interview with Diplo. Speaking at the '2026 Fanatics Super Bowl Party,' he shared behind-the-scenes stories about working with the global group. “I’ve been making music for 30 years, and I feel incredibly lucky to collaborate with such an amazing group and create great music together,” Diplo said. He also expressed strong confidence in the new album. “Honestly, the world is going to be shocked,” he stated, calling it the “Craziest album ever.”
Diplo spoke highly of BTS’s involvement in the creative process. “All of the members are very skilled at what they do. They’re extremely creative,” he said, adding that their level of talent is “unbelievable.” He gave special praise to Jungkook, saying, “Jungkook has a perfect voice that doesn’t need Auto Tune.” Diplo further emphasized the group’s versatility and all-around artistry.
The producer also highlighted the scale of the collaboration. “Working with BTS is the biggest project I’ve done so far,” he shared, raising anticipation for the release. Meanwhile, BTS will drop 'ARIRANG' on March 20. On March 21, they will hold a comeback celebration performance at Gwanghwamun Square in Seoul.
In addition, the 'BTS OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK VER.4 User Guide' was released on February 10, drawing further attention from fans ahead of the comeback.
