An exclusive report by 'HIP KR' magazine has confirmed that rapper Dok2 and vocalist Lee Hi are dating.
In fact, the two musicians have teamed up under their jointly-run label, 808 HI Recordings, for a duet single titled "You & Me", set for release on March 27 at 6 PM KST. The song is described as a slow and rich R&B hip-hop genre that captures Dok2 and Lee Hi's story from colleagues to lovers.
Dok2 (36), born in 1990, has been largely inactive in the Korean music scene since 2022, when his name was listed on a National Tax Service list of high income earners who have failed to pay their taxes. The rapper's overdue taxes, amounting to over 600 million KRW, were then paid off by June of 2025. Lee Hi (29), born in 1996, also faced criticism earlier this year after it was discovered that her independent label, 808 HI Recordings, had operated unregistered as a popular culture and arts business for nearly 6 years.
