Singer and actress Nam Gyu Ri shared the exciting news that the girl group SeeYa is officially back together after 15 years. Since it is their first album in 15 years, she said she wants to lead the team well without anyone getting in their way.
March 29, she posted a vlog on her YouTube channel showing her meeting with members Kim Yeon Ji and Lee Bo Ram. The three gathered to celebrate their 20th debut anniversary. Nam Gyu Ri revealed that they united their goals and even set up a new company called 'SeeYa Corporation,' where the members act as the executives.
Lee Bo Ram shared that in the past, they were in different agencies, which made it hard to work together. She had almost given up on a reunion. Nam Gyu Ri also added that their past breakup was due to outside reasons. However, after talking with the members, they decided to take charge and create their own path. Now that they are back together, she shared that their true feelings for each other have not changed at all.
The three members teamed up and started their own company. Nam Gyu Ri is the CEO, and all the members are now executives running the business themselves.
Lee Bo Ram teared up while thanking their fans. She explained that the group only exists because of the fans' endless love, and she promised to keep trying to repay that support.
She also introduced their upcoming song, "Neverthless." Nam Gyu Ri shared that she cried while recording it because the lyrics deeply matched their own story. The song includes touching lines like, "Not a short-lived flower, but a tree that survived the seasons," and, "We are learning how to bloom late."
Tomorrow, March 30 at 6 PM, SeeYa will release this new song. All three members helped write the lyrics. They will also hold a fan meeting in Seoul at the same time to celebrate with their fans.
