Danielle will connect directly with fans for the first time since her departure from NewJeans through a live social media broadcast.
On January 12, Danielle’s legal representative, law firm HwaWoo, announced that she will host a “Live Message” session at 7 p.m. KST via her personal social media channels. The broadcast will be streamed live through her individual YouTube channel and Instagram.
According to her representatives, the live broadcast is intended as a sincere opportunity for Danielle to personally greet fans who have supported her over a long period of time. During the session, she plans to express her gratitude to fans both in Korea and abroad, share updates on her current situation, and ask about their well-being.
Danielle’s side emphasized that the live broadcast is solely for communication with fans and is unrelated to any ongoing legal disputes.
Meanwhile, ADOR previously announced the termination of Danielle’s exclusive contract last month. The agency stated that it had determined it was no longer possible to continue working with Danielle as a NewJeans member and ADOR artist.
The company also announced plans to pursue legal responsibility against one family member of Danielle and former CEO Min Hee Jin, claiming they played a significant role in the dispute and the delay of NewJeans’ activities.
ADOR further revealed that it would file a lawsuit seeking contractual penalties and damages against Danielle, citing violations of her exclusive contract.
The agency explained that the termination followed unmet demands for corrective action regarding alleged contract breaches, including independent entertainment activities and actions that allegedly harmed the company’s reputation.
Legal proceedings related to the matter are expected to continue.
