BoA, who recently parted ways with SM Entertainment, has shared an update on how she’s been doing.
On January 30, BoA posted several photos on her social media accounts along with the caption, “I’m doing good.”
In the images, BoA appears relaxed and at ease in what looks like a travel destination surrounded by nature. She draws attention with a stylish look, pairing a black beanie with glasses in various designs.
BoA previously made headlines after announcing her departure from SM Entertainment, the agency she had been with since her debut.
On January 12, SM Entertainment stated, “BoA and the company mutually agreed to conclude their 25-year partnership as of December 31 (last year).” The agency added, “For 25 years, BoA has been undeniably SM’s pride, joy, and a defining symbol.”
SM continued, “We sincerely support BoA as she freely showcases her talents through new activities and challenges ahead, and hope she continues to shine even brighter as the ‘Star of Asia’.”
BoA also shared her thoughts on the separation, saying, “As much as we gave and received without holding back, I leave without regret. I’m grateful for the time we shared and will continue to support SM Entertainment as it shines on. Thank you.”
