Actor Ahn Jae Hyun showed a lighthearted sense of confidence when the topic of weddings came up on 'I Live Alone.'
On the January 9 broadcast of MBC’s 'I Live Alone,' cast members Jun Hyun Moo, Kian84, and Code Kunst were shown preparing for the New Year special project, the “Rainbow Grand Bazaar.”
At the beginning of the episode, Jun Hyun Moo greeted Ahn Jae Hyun, who was returning to the program after a long absence, and complimented him by saying that he looked even better physically. Ahn responded with a smile, saying that his fit had become more defined. Jun Hyun Moo added jokingly, “A lot of people are saying this is a rediscovery of Ahn Jae Hyun,” drawing laughter.
Fellow cast member Koo Sung Hwan also joined in the praise, recalling a past wedding where attention reportedly shifted toward Ahn Jae Hyun instead of the groom. “At Lee Jang Woo’s wedding, all the focus went to Jae Hyun. Everyone was taking photos of him,” he said. Ahn Jae Hyun confidently shot back, “I’ve always been strong at weddings,” prompting laughter in the studio.
When Jun Hyun Moo commented that Ahn Jae Hyun seemed to have gained confidence as his shoulders broadened, the actor playfully replied, “The venue belongs to me,” sending the cast into fits of laughter.
Ahn Jae Hyun married fellow actress Goo Hye Sun in 2016, but the couple divorced in July 2020. 'I Live Alone' airs every Friday at 11:10 p.m. KST on MBC.
