UNIS member Lim Seowon is taking on the challenge of becoming a “hexagonal idol.”
According to her agency F&F Entertainment on December 2nd KST, Lim Seowon will launch her first solo YouTube variety program titled ‘Hexagonal Idol’.
Hexagonal Idol is a K-pop reality show that follows Lim Seowon’s journey toward becoming a versatile, well-rounded “hexagonal idol.” She will meet various artists, take on unexpected missions, and move step by step toward achieving her dream.
The released teaser shows Lim Seowon embarking on the first steps of her quest to become a hexagonal idol. She teams up with her first guest, FIFTY FIFTY, completing missions while showcasing her versatile talents and bold spirit as a second-year middle school student.
The teaser also previews Seowon’s unexpected “dark turn,” which brought laughter to the set, raising anticipation among K-pop fans for the first episode. This solo YouTube variety show is expected to highlight Seowon’s hidden sense of humor and natural charm.
Lim Seowon is known as UNIS’s “golden maknae,” equipped with talent across genres. Her strong vocals and performance skills—enough to take on the role of main vocalist—are already widely recognized.
Recently, she has also been active in the advertising world, becoming the model for Seoul Milk Cooperative’s children’s cheese brand Kkayokkayo, as well as for the school uniform brand Skoolooks.
Lim Seowon’s Hexagonal Idol will premiere on the 2nd at 7 PM on the YouTube channel K-ㅋ.
