Actor Ha Jung Woo candidly shared his thoughts on marriage and his ideal type, drawing laughter and surprise during a recent YouTube appearance.
On the 8th, the YouTube channel ‘Jjanhan Hyung’ released an episode featuring the cast of the film ‘Upstairs Neighbors,’ including Ha Jung Woo, Lee Hanee, Gong Hyo Jin, and Kim Dong Wook, gathered for an unfiltered and lively drinking session. As host Shin Dong Yup congratulated Gong Hyo Jin on her recent marriage at the start, the conversation naturally shifted toward dating and marriage.
Lee Hanee and Gong Hyo Jin playfully pressed Ha Jung Woo, asking when he plans to get married and teasing that they ask him the same question every time they meet. Eventually, Ha responded with a smile, saying, “I have to do it next year. I’m getting married next year,” instantly stirring excitement at the table. Shin Dong Yup welcomed the declaration, remarking that the much anticipated statement had finally come out.
The mood grew even more animated when Shin joked about rumors surrounding Ha Jung Woo, prompting the actor to firmly but humorously clarify, “My spectrum isn’t that wide. I’m very straightforward,” cleverly dismissing online speculation.

When asked about his ideal type, Ha Jung Woo replied without hesitation, “Someone cute and sexy.” He then surprised everyone by adding, “Back when Hanee was single… I actually asked Hyo Jin to introduce me to her. That was over ten years ago.” The unexpected confession left the room in laughter.

Lee Hanee reacted in shock, jokingly asking why he would reveal that now, while Gong Hyo Jin looked equally surprised. Shin Dong Yup joined in, commenting that Lee Hanee perfectly fit the description of being both cute and sexy.
The episode quickly became a hot topic online, with viewers enjoying Ha Jung Woo’s candid charm, humor, and newfound determination to finally tie the knot.
