Fan's heartwarming interaction with Newjeans' Hanni goes viral

A fan who went on an Antarctica trip has recently shared her experience of meeting Hanni of Newjeans while on their trip in Antarctica for 10 days.

In the fan's threads' post sheexpresses her appreciation for Hanni, at first being shy but eventually warming up to her due to Hanni's kindness and gentle greeting. The fan became joyful when she got to spend time with Hanni, enjoying multiple activities such as hiking, visiting islands, seeing penguins, and riding boats together. I’ve loved NewJeans for a long time. 
I was already so happy when I heard recently that all members might be coming back. 
And then I saw the news saying Hanni was in Antarctica. 
I thought, I’m in Antarctica too, but Antarctica is huge and there are so many cruise ships… there’s basically no chance I’ll run into her. 
Who would’ve known… a miracle actually happened 🙁 !!! 

On the second day on the ship, when we were getting ready to split into groups, Hanni suddenly appeared right in front of me 😭😭✨️
I froze for a few seconds… I completely couldn’t believe my own eyes. (I can’t even find an emoji that can express how shocked I was.) 
Then I slowly walked up to her to say hi. 
I told her I really love NJ and that I went to ComplexCon to see them. 
As I was talking, my tears started welling up ☹️ and my hands were shaking. 
She was super nice. She gave me a hug and even asked me what my name was 💙
In that moment, whales and penguins stopped being the highlight. 
The real highlight was: I got to spend over 10 days on the same ship as my favorite girl group and my favorite member  🤩💖
We hiked snowy mountains together, visited islands to see penguins, rode zodiac boats together 🏔  
We chatted a few times during the trip, but I didn’t disturb her at all. 
There were so many chances to sit at the same table for meals, but I didn’t even dare sit beside her 😂😂
I just hoped she could enjoy her time on the ship. 
On the last day, I wrote her a letter 🥰 to support her. 
She even gave me back a signed postcard
Standing on the deck looking at the sea 🌊, I felt so thankful for everything that happened in Antarctica. 
It feels like my luck stretched across the whole universe 🚀! I’m going to repay this world properly ❤️😭  
I’m going crazy.
