Red Velvet’s Joy shared the happy news of her sister’s wedding.
On October 19, Joy uploaded several photos to her personal channel with the short caption, “A good day.” The pictures show Joy posing lovingly with her two younger sisters — with the eldest of the two sitting in the center, dressed in a beautiful white wedding gown, drawing everyone’s attention.
Fans also noticed Joy’s striking new hairstyle — after sporting long, bleached hair for months, she’s now gone for a short black bob, giving off a completely different and more mature vibe.
Earlier in July, Joy appeared on MBC’s 'I Live Alone', where she visited her sister’s new marital home and melted hearts with her caring personality as the oldest sister in her family. She even gifted her newlywed sister and brother-in-law furniture and home appliances, showing her warm and thoughtful side.
Meanwhile, Joy released her first solo mini album 'Love Splash!' in August and is set to return to acting after four years with the upcoming drama 'One-of-a-Kind Romance,' based on the webtoon of the same name.
The series follows the story of Gong Yoo Il, an ordinary job seeker whose everyday life is turned upside down when top actor Tak Moo Yi and idol Ryu Min unexpectedly become part of her world — leading to a heart-fluttering romance. Joy will play the lead role of Gong Yoo Il.
