Earlier this week, ZEROBASEONE's Ricky shared a glimpse of his new tattoo with fans via the group's official Instagram.
In the images, Ricky showed off an intricate tattoo of an animal resembling a mixture of a leopard, a tiger, and a lion over his left chest, parts of its mane extending into his shoulder.
This is, of course, not Ricky's first tattoo. The idol also boasts a sleek, minimal tattoo on his neck (as shown above) and an intricate tattoo inspired by his role model, G-Dragon, over his front left ribcage.
How did fans react? Some said,
"That thing is huge..."
"Hmm I think that's a bit too much for an idol."
"Isn't it going overboard, getting a tattoo when you're still a rookie?"
"Is that thing real..?? It's not a sticker??"
"I don't think he has that many Korean fans left."
"A small one or one that won't show if you're wearing clothes is okay, but with that one, he won't be able to wear different kinds of clothes TT."
"I feel like he's gonna cover his arm soon.."
"There are too many idols getting inked these days. Who made it okay TT."
However, others simply commented,
"He's so handsome that I barely see the tattoo."
"The tattoos suit him though."
"Ricky already had his first tattoo during 'Boys Planet'. If there are people who mind his tattoos, then just see yourself out."
"He's already inked so if you have a problem with it, just stan someone else?"
"His face is so fine I'm okay with anything honestly."
"Ricky has always been like this so if you're alarmed by it then you're not even his fan."
