MBK (MODEN BERRY KOREA) deny ties with TS Entertainment

Moden Berry Korea have released a statement denying their ties to TS Entertainment and threatened legal action to those that are spreading misinformation.

The statement read:

“Recently, false information has been spreading online suggesting that Moden Berry Korea and TS Entertainment are the same company or are otherwise
affiliated.

We would like to make it clear that Moden Berry Korea has no connection
whatsoever with TS Entertainment. The two companies are completely independent entities, with no overlap in
management, artists, or business operations.

It is true that some former employees of TS Entertainment have previously worked at Moden Berry Korea, and that certain members of our management are relatives of former TS Entertainment executives. However, these are matters of individual career history and family relationship only - there is absolutely no legal, managerial, or financial connection between the two companies.

Moden Berry Korea is committed to fostering new talent and contributing to the healthy growth of the entertainment industry. Nevertheless, we will take strict legal action against any individuals or entities that spread false information or defamatory statements that may harm the reputation of our company or our artists.

We strongly urge everyone to immediately cease the spread of baseless rumors and misinformation regarding Modenberry Korea and its affiliated artists.
