On September 20, the YouTube channel DdeunDdeun featured a discussion with actors Lee Byung Hun, Lee Sung Min, and Yeom Hye Ran from the film 'No Other Choice.'
During the conversation, the cast members shared stories about pets and other animals they had cared for. Comedian Ji Suk Jin asked Lee Byung Hun, “Do you have any pets?”
Lee Byung Hun replied, “I don’t have any right now. Before I got married, when I was living with my mom, I had as many as 27 dogs.” His answer surprised both Yoo Jae Suk and Ji Suk Jin.
He continued, “More than half of them were medium or large breeds. Counting the puppies as well, there were 27 in total. Feeding them was a huge task, but cleaning up after them was even more exhausting. Eventually, I realized I couldn’t handle it, so I asked people around me if they wanted to take some dogs. Now, I have about four left.”
Ji Suk Jin commented, “I really want to get a dog these days. My kid has grown up, so it’s the right time.” Lee Sung Min suggested, “I’d recommend a cat over a dog.”
Curious, Ji Suk Jin asked, “Dogs run around a lot, but what about cats?” Lee Sung Min shared proudly, “Our cat is kind of like a dog in personality. It loves people so much. When I get home, it flips over in front of the door, asking to be petted. And it follows me into the room as soon as I go in.”
