Actress Lee Bo Young has gained attention for sharing her personal method of maintaining her figure through intermittent fasting.
On August 1, a new video was uploaded to Hyeri’s YouTube channel, Hyell’s Club with the title “Hey guys, Bo Young sister's drama is coming out, leave nice comments please.”
In the video, Lee Bo Young spoke honestly about her eating habits and daily routine. She said, “I eat a mountain of food as soon as I wake up. But I try not to eat anything after 4 PM.”
She added that having dinner often causes digestive issues, and she finds it difficult to lose weight quickly if she gains it during her off-season. “That’s why I’ve been practicing intermittent fasting since I was young,” she explained. “I even eat meat in the morning and eat a lot in general. I love food, so I make sure to eat as much as I want in the morning and then avoid eating later.”
As a mother, she also mentioned that managing her schedule can be tough. “Since it’s hard to adjust my schedule while raising a child, I end up spending two hours eating breakfast when I meet with my younger friends,” she said.
When Lee Bo Young suggested having breakfast together, Hyeri responded enthusiastically. She recalled, “That sounds amazing. I remember when we were in the same drama, Ji Sung gave us a breakfast dining voucher. It was a generous one that allowed me to take my parents too. I was so touched.”
This candid conversation highlighted Lee Bo Young’s unique approach to self-care as well as the warmth of her relationships with fellow actors.
