These toxic fans filled her comment section on her Instagram with malicious comments telling her to "die," insults directed at her family and her dog, and even left death threats.
Because Instagram functions as a portfolio for rising actors and influencers, the hostile comment section made it nearly impossible for Song Da Eun to secure brand deals or drama appearances.

Whenever Song Da Eun hosted an Instagram Live, these fans allegedly flooded the stream with malicious questions and spread rumors across online communities. Song playfully startled him, prompting Jimin to say, "Oh, you scared me! Did you know I was coming in? I didn’t tell you on purpose."
