Singer-turned-actress Nana has become the owner of a private luxury villa at Arcadia Signature, located in Achiul Village, Acheon-dong, Guri-si, Gyeonggi Province.
According to media outlet reports on June 5 KST, Nana purchased the 221-square meter villa in March of this year for 4.2 billion KRW (~ $3.1 million USD). It's said that the actress used a bank loan to pay 2.7 billion KRW, or approximately 64% of the home's full cost.
Completed in May of 2023, the village at Arcadia Signature is currently home to actress Han So Hee and actress Choo Ja Hyun. Meanwhile, Achiul Village in Acheon-dong is quickly joining the ranks of South Korea's wealthiest villages, being home to Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin, actress Oh Yeon Seo, producer J.Y. Park, H.O.T's Moon Hee Jun, and more.
