On June 20, singer and actress Hyeri gave fans a behind-the-scenes look at her latest transformation on her YouTube channel, where she recreated the signature makeup style of IVE's Jang Wonyoung.
Taking on the challenge of mimicking the idol’s iconic look, Hyeri expressed her admiration for Jang, one of the most prominent members of the top K-pop girl group IVE. At the makeup salon, Hyeri excitedly asked, "So, can I become Jang Wonyoung today?" Her playful question was met with silence from the staff, leaving her momentarily flustered.
The final result was stunning. Featuring soft smudging, pearly shimmer, and a doll-like finish, Hyeri’s makeup closely resembled Jang Wonyoung’s ethereal visuals. She also embraced Wonyoung’s confident and elegant demeanor, fully immersing herself in the transformation.
"Wearing glamorous makeup again after a long time was such a refreshing change," Hyeri shared, clearly enjoying the experience.
