BTS’s Jin votes in South Korea’s 21st presidential election.

On June 3rd KST, BTS member Jin cast his vote at the Hannam-dong No. 3 polling station, set up at the Jungbu Vocational Training Center in Yongsan District, Seoul.

Jin appeared to wear a gray hoodie pulled over his head, seemingly in an effort to avoid any speculation about political affiliation. His choice of neutral clothing has been praised as wise, especially in light of recent controversies involving celebrities like Karina, Hong Jin Kyung, and Beenzino, who were criticized for wearing clothing in colors perceived to represent specific political parties.

Meanwhile, the official voting for South Korea’s 21st presidential election is taking place from 6 AM to 8 PM on June 3rd at 14,295 polling stations nationwide. This election is a by-election, and as such, the voting hours have been extended by two hours. Early voting was held on May 29th and 30th.
