
Kim Bum has confirmed his next project and will make his on-screen return with a romantic comedy drama.
On May 28, Kim Bum's agency, King Kong by Starship, announced, "Kim Bum will appear in the upcoming SBS drama 'Sold Out Again Today' (written by Jin Seung Hee, directed by Ahn Hong Yeon), as the character Eric Seo."
'Sold Out Again Today' is a healing romance drama that follows the story of a man juggling three jobs as a farmer who becomes entangled with a home shopping host suffering from chronic insomnia. As they repeatedly cross paths day and night, they eventually fall in love.
Kim Bum has confirmed he will be playing the role of Eric Seo, an executive at a global French skincare brand. His character is proactive in both work and love, and he will showcase a variety of chemistry with different characters.
Additionally, Ahn Hyo Seop has been confirmed to play Matthew Lee, a multitasking farmer. Matthew has three titles: he’s a farm owner, CEO of a natural cosmetics ingredient company, and a cosmetics development researcher.
Chae Won Bin will portray Dam Ye Jin, a top home shopping host in Korea. From miscellaneous goods and health supplements to fashion and home appliances, she dominates every category, often selling out products completely.
Meanwhile, the drama is slated to premiere early next year.
