On April 25, High Up Entertainment announced, “STAYC has released their first original content for young readers and fans, a children’s book titled Dreaming Sweetland.”
'Dreaming Sweetland' is a fantasy fairy tale centered on the theme of dreams, comprising three volumes. It features a story tailored to children’s perspectives and charming, storybook-style illustrations.
The members were directly involved in the planning and creative process, an unusual move for an idol group. Each episode conveys the message of “having the courage to stay true to yourself.”
The book also reflects their unique love for fans. Characters inspired by their fandom, SWITH, appear throughout the story as sleep fairies named “WeeC.”
'Dreaming Sweetland' began pre-orders on April 24. Special release perks include printed autograph editions and photocards. Buyers of the full set will receive five postcards.
The agency stated, “Dreaming Sweetland is STAYC’s first original content. They will continue sharing warm messages through various projects.”
Meanwhile, STAYC is currently on their world tour, which will continue in June with stops in Osaka, Tokyo, Jakarta, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Auckland.
