According to media outlet reports on March 20 KST, the police have filed arrest warrants for two individuals who blackmailed famous singer 'A'.
After coincidentally obtaining a phone used by famous singer 'A', these two individuals threatened to expose 'A's information to the public, including private photos. The individuals then demanded over 500 million KRW (~ $340,000 USD).
'A' then proceeded to file a police report through their company, and the two blackmailers were apprehended by police on March 17 in Yangypyeong-gun, Gyeonggi Province.
The police are currently searching for the whereabouts of an additional accomplice while investigating the specific details of the case.
