It has been confirmed that SEVENTEEN member Jeonghan recently purchased a luxury penthouse in Hannam-dong, Seoul, for 4 billion KRW (the equivalent of about $2.75 million USD). While Jeonghan signed a contract to purchase the penthouse in 2021, construction on the newly built apartment complex was only completed a few months ago, resulting in his purchase being finalized recently.
The penthouse Jeonghan bought is part of the luxury residential complex 'Brighton Hannam,' a 16-story high-end apartment building with a unique design. Jeonghan purchased a 105.81㎡ unit featuring two bathrooms and two bedrooms.
'Brighton Hannam' is a mixed-use residential complex, with 10 floors dedicated to high-quality office space, and the top 3 floors comprised of 21 apartments. As a high-end residential complex, 'Brighton Hannam' offers many luxury amenities, including a rooftop garden, resident-only storage unit, private fitness center, golf lounge, and hotel-style concierge service. The penthouse Jeonghan selected also offers a panoramic view of the nearby Han River.
Apartments in 'Brighton Hannam' are currently listed within a price range of 3.6 billion won to 5.2 billion won.
Meanwhile, SEVENTEEN member Hoshi also lives in a 'Brighton' residential complex, having bought a 5 billion won (about $3.5 million USD) 'Brighton N40' unit in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam District, Seoul.
