BTS member SUGA's electric scooter DUI case forwarded to prosecution

On August 30 KST, the Seoul Yongsan Police forwarded BTS member SUGA's electric scooter DUI case to prosecution. 

SUGA is facing charges of operating an electric scooter while under the influence of alcohol on August 6 at around 11:15 PM KST. When police administered a breathalyzer test, his blood alcohol concentration (BAC) level was 0.227%. 

Last week on August 23 KST, SUGA was questioned by the Yongsan Police for approximately 3 hours. It's believed that SUGA acknowledged all charges.
