T-ara's Hyomin responded to noisy neighbors with grace and a kind gesture.
It turns out luxury apartments were not immune to noisy neighbors. On May 13th, Hyomin updated her Instagram story with a picture showing a small gift box and a note addressed to her upstairs neighbors. In a caption she wrote, "I sent this upstairs in hopes it gets better."
The note reads, "Hello, I'm a resident downstairs. I would be really grateful if you could take a little better care of your children as I have been having a hard time due to loud stomping noises and ball-rolling sounds multiple times throughout the day. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you experience any inconvenience from our floor. I hope you have a peaceful weekend."
Meanwhile, Hyomin moved into her current luxury apartment back in May of last year.

The neighbor can make a play place somewhat soundproof and teach them how to play quieter, some children are really hyper active though. but something I just realized is why is she posting this online does anyone need to know that your neighbour is disturbing you other than you, the neighbor and the building management
