BTOB's Sungjae recently showed his determination to keep promises to his fans!

On May 14 KST, the idol participated in a Weverse live broadcast where it was brought up that a fan he met at a recent fan sign event requested he tries a trendy type of selfie where one poses with their phone in front of a mirror so that there are multiple copies of them in the image. 

"At a fan sign event, someone said that they wanted me to do [this type of] selfie, so I went to my mirror a little bit before this to try taking [that kind of] selfie!" he began explaining in the broadcast. "However, my phone reflected in the mirror, so my face wasn't showing up! The light was so reflected that it came out so white."

Later, Sungjae took to his official Bubble account to share his failed photos, writing, "Why isn't it working? ㅜㅜ" 

However, Sungjae refused to give up on his promise, attempting the challenge again the next day. He returned to Bubble to share a photo where his image was now clear on his phone and celebrated his success.

The following day, he returned to Bubble again to share another successful version of the selfie challenge, writing to his fans, "I've become a master now!"

The adorable multiple attempts to complete the challenge for a fan became a hot topic in Korean online communities, with one poster sharing the images with the caption, "Photos of Sungjae's MZ selfie challenge."

Netizens in the community left a number of comments reacting to his drive and sweetness toward fans, saying, "I thought he was screwing up on purpose at first hahaha, Yook Sungjae is so cute," "Should I sign up for Bubble too?," and "Our baby hahaha, He's such a maknae – from showing how proud he is of himself to Melody [BTOB's fans] to saying 'Now I took the photo well!'"

Meanwhile, BTOB's 12th mini album 'Wind and Wish' was released on May 2.
