Rookie girl group LIMELIGHT officially debuts with 'Honestly'!

On February 14, LIMELIGHT drops their MV and officially debuts with 'Honestly,' the title track of their debut EP 'LOVE & HAPPINESS' set to release on February 17. Set in a classroom setting in a bright pastel hue, LIMELIGHT perfectly captures the feeling of teen romance as they sing about an unrequited romance on the bubbly pop track.

iKON's Kim Jinhwan also appears in the girl group's MV in a special cameo. In an interview, the members of LIMELIGHT talked about how they feel working with their senior for the MV. The members share how Jinhwan helped them film the MV comfortably by lifting up the atmosphere and encouraging them. Naturally, as this is the girls' debut MV, they were nervous during the filming. MiU shares how Jinhwan helped her lift her tension by telling her "Ganbare!" in her mother tongue Japanese, for which she is thankful for. Gaeun also shares a story during her filming with Jinhwan. In the MV, Gaeun had to act like she fell in love with Jinhwan at first sight, and shares her amusement over Jinhwan's apparent fluency in English in the scene with foreigners. Gaeun remembers iKON as the singer of the popular song 'Love Scenario' during her first year of middle school. Suhye also shares that her Mom enjoyed listening to iKON's 'My Type'. While MiU, who is Japanese, shares iKON's popularity in Japan, also made her familiar with iKON. The news of iKON joining the company was nothing but excitement and honor for the girls.
