BTS Jin's new OST "Yours" keeps establishing itself as a significant release, competing even with comebacks of well-known artists and groups. It broke multiple records in just the first 5 days since the release, and many of them on Spotify, which is the biggest music platform in the world.

Jin's track captivated everyone's hearts with its main power point: the flawless vocals. As pointed out on Twitter by journalist Jae Ha Kim, the key changes, crescendos, and high notes in the song reaffirm Jin’s mastery over ballads.

Despite being an unpromoted ballad OST, "Yours" made impressive numbers on its' first day of tracking and became the biggest Spotify debut for a Korean OST in history while also being the only Korean OST in history to enter the Global chart, moreover in Top50, which is hard to do even for the most established K-pop groups.

With 1,692,766Spotify streams for 15 tracking hours, Jin holds the record for the biggest 2021 debut for a K-pop male soloist while being the 12th biggest Song Debut of 2021 among all K-pop solo and group acts. 

As for now, "Yours" is still charting in the Top200 Spotify Global for its' 5th day. It keeps on getting over 1 million streams each day and has already become the fastest Korean OST in history to reach 6M streams on Spotify. The song's first week is a significant success!
