Current JYJ member and famous singer Kim Junsu aka XIA has reached a new phenomenal milestone in his musical career by completing his 400th musical stage as King Arthur in "Xcalibur".
Kim debuted in 2003 as a member of the legendary group TVXQ and left the group in 2009.He began his musical career in 2010 as Wolfgang in the musical "Mozart". Since then he has starred in many other popular musicals like “Tears of Heaven”, "December”, “Elisabeth”, “Dracula”, “Death Note”, “Dorian Gray" and "Xcalibur".
Having received critical acclaim and commercial success throughout the years for his amazing performances, Junsu has been named as the blue chip of the musical scene, proving his value as a musical actor. His accomplishments have broken down the prejudices against idol stars being casted as musical actors, thus paving the way for them into the musical scene.
In recognition of his incredible performances, Kim Junsu has earned several meaningful awards such as "Best New Actor", "Best Actor", "Most popular Actor" and "Most popular Star". Furthermore the ability to sell out any of his concert and musical tickets within minutes has earned him the title of "Ticket Power King".
