tvN's beloved mukbang drama 'Let's Eat' is coming back for season 3 with mukbang fighters, Highlight's Doojoon and Baek Jin Hee!
Ahead of the drama's premiere next month, Doojoon and Baek Jin Hee got into character through two individual character teaser videos. Doojoon, back for his role as Goo Dae Young, is ready to start another argument at a naengmyeon restaurant when a fellow customer behind him asks, "Owner, please give us a pair of scissors." Doojoon turns around abruptly and remarks, "What?! Scissors?!", as many Koreans consider cutting naengmyeon noodles an act which kills the noodles' chewy texture.
Baek Jin Hee, newly cast as Lee Ji Woo, is the living, breathing female version of Goo Dae Young as she similarly gets ready for an argument about the true taste of sashimi with a customer behind her, who claims, "You eat sashimi for the taste of the sauce!".
Meanwhile, 'Let's Eat 3' will bring viewers the story of Goo Dae Young's past as a college student, as well as glimpses of his present life. It is set to premiere on July 16 at 9:30 PM KST.
