Last month, it was announced that Jung Joon Young has officially signed on with professional gamer team 'TEAM KONGDOO'. His game of choice is 'Player Unknown's Battlegrounds' or 'PUBG' from the Korean video game publisher Bluehole.
In a recent interview with fashion magazine 'Ceci', the singer shared how his peers reacted to the news and said, "The reactions were very hot. I've become the best man. Among guys, soccer and games have special meanings."
He also mentioned how he's proud to be called the 'Pro gamer-nim' in '1 Night 2 Days', and said, "In this game, teamwork is very important. I have to focus to prevent my mistakes from harming the team so I can definitely see my skills improving."

Jung Joon Young added that he's currently practicing hard for the tournament in April. Meanwhile, he's also preparing to release a single album in March. The new release will be a love song featuring rapper Microdot. Jung Joon Young raised anticipation as he commented, "I think a never-before-heard emotional track will be coming."
