Recently, Block B's Zico attended the 'Countdown Seoul 2017' event at the Yeongdeungpo Time Square to welcome in the new year with Beenzino, Simon D, and GRAY.

On this day, he was the first one to appear on stage, and as soon as he went on stage, most of the viewers got busy filming him with the cameras on their phones.  Seeing this, Zico suddenly said, "Please put down your cameras. Everyone, record this moment with your eyes.  You captured a lot of 2016 with your cameras.  Now it's 2017.  No one can share this moment with you; let's leave this as a memory amongst just us," to the cheers of the audience.

The fans, who had been very touched by his words, indeed enjoyed the performance warmly with their own eyes rather than through their cameras!

LOL WTF Is this guy? Obviously performances get recorded. Dude, if you don't understand that then don't be a performer @_@ Changing years has zero shits to do with that anyway

VerdeletG_123 crazyft Wednesday, January 4, 2017

it's so true. People don't enjoy the moment because they're so busy recording. Then why not just stay home and watch youtube videos? But AKP, could you not have used like another 2% of your brains and made the article title a bit LESS misleading? Or make use LESS of your brain from purposely making misleading titles? Like "Zico asks his fans to enjoy the moment" or something like that?

It's called clickbait.

Honestly this is what everyone at events or concerts should be doing

RAS33 Wednesday, January 4, 2017

this is sweet but the title of the article makes him look bad

this is the conflict i feel whenever i'm watching something live..i want to just watch with my eyes to really enjoy the moment but when i go home, i can't relive it without a record, damnit!

im thankful for fancams but that is what you're meant to do as an audience member during a performance lol

I have to agree with him on this one. Taking a couple of pictures here and there and maybe a small video is one thing, but recording and taking a shit ton of pictures the whole damn concert with your phone is ridiculous. There's just something about living in real life and living on the moment that just cannot be replicated again.
